Commission A Painting


​A custom oil painting will be a perfect addition to your home/ office space , gift for yourself/ family or friends or new family heirloom! Please follow the steps below to begin the ordering process.

Following Commission Request & Discussion:

  • After discussing the piece and pricing, you will receive a invoice via email with payment instruction and dates.

  • After initial payment is confirmed (Deposits are non-refundable), I will begin working on your painting!

  • Please note that creating a painting can take months depending on the size and difficulty. I will send progress update images at different stages of the process for feedback.

    • When the painting reaches 50% completion small to some medium changes will be accepted. Changes that require extra work will have a additional charge of $50 per change. ( I will inform you if the change is possible upon discussion and cost.)

    • After the painting reaches 75% completion no major changes to the painting will be allowed. Changes that require extra work will have a additional charge of $80 per change. ( I will inform you if the change is possible upon discussion and cost.)

    • Final look images will be sent directly to you prior to shipping to ensure your vision has been executed.

  • Final piece will be sent out via USPS Ground, FedEx or UPS with tracking depending on preferred method within 24 - 48 hrs of receiving final invoice payment. Shipping may vary and will be included in the final invoice. (ALL PAYMENTS must be received prior to shipping.) *** If you are in NYC drop off/ pick up arrangements can be made. ***
